Su Zhifu is an Of Counsel of Intellectual Property Dispute Practice at Tiantong, with an estimate 20-year experience in the IP field. Mr. Su received his J.M. degree from Renmin University and is the Doctor of Intellectual Property Law of China University of Political Science and Law. Before joining Tiantong, Mr. Su has served as a presiding judge of the Intellectual Property Division of the Beijing High People’s Court. Mr. Su had tried more than 6000 IP cases, including many major and complicated cases. Among the cases handled by Mr. Su, 5 were selected as the top 10 IP cases of Chinese courts and 5 were selected as the 50 IP cases of Chinese courts. Mr. Su was awarded the 1st Beijing Model Judge and Beijing Court of Intellectual Property Trial Practice Model, Ministry of Education’s "Double Thousand” talent, etc. Mr. Su has also authored dozens of judicial guidelines, scholarly reports and publications related to IP litigation and trial, including Beijing High People’s Court Guidelines for the Trial of Trademark Right Granting and Verification Cases, Guidelines for the Determination of Patent Infringement (2017), and Beijing High People's Court Guidelines for the Trial of Copyright Infringement Cases, etc. .
