Li Qian graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s degree, and from the China-EU School of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law with her master’s degree in Law and in International Law (University of Hamburg).

Li joined Tian Tong in 2014 and was assigned to the Shenzhen Branch in 2017. She served as an agent for many major and complex civil and commercial litigation cases and is familiar with handling cases involving procedures of the first trial, second trial, retrials, and prosecutorial supervision. Amongst these, the case in which she handled involving the contract dispute between Shenzhen Yizhifan Trading Co. and others is documented in the official gazette of the Supreme Court of China.

Some of her former clients include Beijing International Trust Co., China Orient Asset Management Co., Agricultural Bank of China, SINOSURE, and HIWIN Technologies Corp.
