Mr. Jiang is a founder and chief managing partner of Tiantong. He used to serve in the Supreme People’s Court and has more than two decades’ experiences in dispute resolution. He has devoted himself to developing Tiantong into the most reliable and respected law firm in China, with a focus on complex and high profile commercial disputes.

Mr. Jiang deeply grasps the trends of civil and commercial litigation in China, and makes significant contributions in improving lawyers’ working process and case management system. He has creatively proposed three unique approaches concerning litigation for Tiantong: litigation visualization, moot court, knowledge management and big data, successfully combining technology with legal service and improving the efficiency and quality of Tiantong’s work. Meanwhile, Mr. Jiang designed and established a three-tier team structure: assistant, associate, and partner, which maximized the intelligence of the whole team to provide the best service to clients.
