Personal Profile

Mr. WANG, a founding partner of Tiantong Law Firm and graduate of China University of Political Science and Law, has a successful legal career for more than 15 years.

 

Mr. WANG’s main areas of practice: major business contract disputes; investment, financing and equity disputes; disputes involving disposal of non-performing banking and financial assets; land use right transfer and transfer disputes; disputes involving real estate development and construction projects.

 

Since the beginning of his legal career, Mr. WANG has been focused on the business of complicated, difficult civil and commercial dispute resolution and thus developed ample hands-on experience on litigation and arbitration. Thanks to his solid legal expertise, very strong logical thinking and high attention to detail, Mr. WANG is especially good at designing dispute resolutions for complex, difficult business disputes.

 

Since the beginning of his legal practice, Mr. WANG represented large financial institutions and central enterprises like Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Wangfujing Group as well as other major State-owned enterprises and private enterprises in dozens of cases of second instance and retrial cases in the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China (SPC), and the cumulative amount of economic losses that he helped recover for his clients totals tens of billions of yuan. The SPC case of second instance involving the cooperative real estate development contract between Shenzhen Fuxing Co., Ltd. (represented by Mr. WANG) and Shenzhen Fushanbao Investment Co., Ltd. and the retrial case involving the dispute on right of subrogation between Bank of China Shantou Branch and Guangdong Development Bank Shaoguan Branch were included as typical cases in the Gazette of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China.
