Mr. SHI is a partner at Tiantong Law Firm. Before joining TianTong, Mr. SHI worked at the Postdoctoral Research Station of Renmin University of China Law School.

Mr. SHI’s research and practice involves commercial and financial dispute resolution, company litigation and litigations concerning construction and real estate projects, and he is also a key drafter of national and provincial/ministerial research projects including the project of “Legal Risks of Trade Finance and Preventive Measures” commissioned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

Mr. SHI used to provide legal training or litigation consulting services for central enterprises including China Petrochemical Corporation (SINOPEC), China Datang Corporation, COFCO Corporation, China Minmetals Group and State Development & Investment Corp., Ltd. (SDIC) and financial institutions like Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, China Minsheng Bank, China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. and People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited (PICC).
