Mr. WANG is a partner at Tiantong Law Firm. He has a successful legal career for more than 10 years.

As one of the core members of Tiantong’s dispute resolution team, Mr. WANG used to work as legal advisor for Fortune 500 firms and large State-owned enterprises and help them address numerous complicated legal issues. In addition, Mr. WANG has handled over 100 significant litigation and arbitration cases during his 10+ years experience in court appearance. In particular, he has diverse experience in such fields as commercial contracts, trade, real estate and construction engineering.

After joining Tiantong, Mr. WANG represented many cases brought before the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China (SPC). He is especially good at handling difficult, complicated cases involving the overlap of civil and criminal law and is poised to provide dispute resolution packages for his clients. The case of “TANG’s equity transfer dispute” represented by him was named No. 67 guiding case by SPC.

Since he was transferred to take charge of Chongqing office (southwestern headquarters), Mr. WANG has led his team in investigating and researching main areas of dispute in Southwestern China, grasped valuable case and data resources and provided excellent legal services for the southwestern region based on such efforts.

Mr. WANG is also retained as a lecturer of Wusong College to offer lawyer training courses involving evidence, court appearance and other fields for nearly 1,000 lawyers and legal personnel each year. He also provides systematic training on national legal service for enterprises including Agricultural Bank of China, and his lectures are all critically acclaimed.
